Fit4Life Wellness Center, located in White Oak Shopping Center is your neighborhood gym. We serve the Greater Cincinnati area, including Monfort Heights, Dent, Western Hills, Colerain and White Oak communities. Our safe, clean and friendly environment makes working out a pleasant experience.  Our professional staff will help you become a healthier YOU and it is fun!
